    History of Jama Masjid:
    Jama Masjid is the oldest holy place in Odisha. Jama means “Big” and the mosque is the biggest city in Cuttack. It was built at the time of Mughal era. Earlier there would be to use Madrasa in this mosque. Since last 10 years Madrasa is shifted out. The Jama Masjid are inhabited both by the Hindus and Muslim.
